I cannat find my ram type.

I wanted to find my ram speed so i typed a command into the smd and it showed it only has 1067mhz.

How do i find the actual speed?

You can install CPU-Z and it'll show a comprehensive report of the hardware in your system. 

 

Example: 

CPU-Z sees 32GB ram, Windows 10 sees 16 - Windows 10 Forums

That's equivalent to 2133MT RAM (RAM transfers twice per clock cycle).

If you're RAM is labelled for faster, you'll need to enable it in BIOS.
