Upgrading from GTX 1660 Super to RTX 3070

Hi, planning to upgrade my GPU to sth that would nicely fit with the rest of the build as I don't plan on further upgrading anything for the next couple of years.

I was thinking about getting an RTX 3070 when it's available, but not sure if my CPU and PSU will handle that. Would something like RTX 2060 Super be better here?

 

Current specs:

GTX 1660 Super

Ryzen 5 3600

ASUS ROG Strix B450-F Gaming

Corsair Vengeance LPX (2x8GB) DDR4 3200 MHz

Corsair TX550M

Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1 TB

NZXT H510

1440p 75Hz monitor
