im looking some decent white case fans under $50 usd. any suggestions??? btw running 2080 ti, i7 9700k, gigabyte z390xp sli, and corair dominator platinum, if thats important.

Arctic P12 PWM fans are dirt cheap and perform quite well while also being quite silent. Also in white.

If you're sticking with the stock rgb case fans and adding top exhausts, SW2's are good: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/XBZzK8/be-quiet-85-cfm-140-mm-fan-bl090
