Is This Build Good?

DGB

So my friend is asking me to build a PC for her and I wanted to check and see if the build I came up with is decent or if there are any parts I should reconsider. Her budget is $1100 (USD) with a bit of wiggle room and she plays a bunch of e-sports titles at 1080p. The most intensive game she plans to play is GTA V, which I believe this build should be able to cover comfortably. I spent a lot of time researching so I think I am good but I could be wrong so let me know what you guys think!

EDIT: (Windows is on the list for price calculations, I know I just need a key and I already have the install media)

It's "excessive" for the same price which makes it a better deal. The 3600 and 3700x have the same performance in gaming.

I'd be more inclined in calling the 3700X 'excessive' as opposed to the 5700XT, considering the main use case for this system will be gaming. The 3700X really won't offer much of anything in the way of performance over the 3600, strictly in gaming.

Other than that - much better PSU, better case, better board, better CPU cooler, better memory and NVMe storage as opposed to SATA. Without the $100 Windows key, that is.
