Windows 8.1 GeForce RTX 3000 NVIDIA drivers problem

I can't install any NVIDIA drivers in Windows 8.1. BTW, this is my secondary OS. I have Windows 10 on internal SSD and Windows 8.1 on external SSD. I will install Windows 7 and i hope drivers will works.
