Most silent 3080?

So which 3080 card is the most silent at the moment. I've seen a lot of articles about MSI GeForce RTX 3080 Gaming X Trio being the quietest out of all of the third party cards or is there another card that's better. I don't really care about the performance too much, what I really want is a 3080 that's the most silent.

My memory is there are some full coverage waterblock cards.  They would beat everything else for noise.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

unless you watercool, the gaming x trio is truly the quietest, get that
