no problems, using four sticks of memory is two dual channels.

slots 2 and 4 will work together, slots 1 and 3 will work together.

I might be misunderstanding your question, but are you asking if the system will work with 1 stick of memory?

If so; yes, the system can work with one stick of memory. preferably you'll want to use slot nr. 2 (counting from the left side/CPU side).

You also preferably want two sticks of memory at least (in slots 2 & 4) as most systems nowadays will benefit from dual channel memory.

Sorry my English.

First of all. Thank you for your answer my first question.

I want to say, For example, if I buy RAM G.Skill F4-2400C15Q-32GRK Ripjaws 4 DDR4-2400MHz CL15-15-15-35 1.20V 32GB (4x8GB) and I install on the motherboard ASUS ROG MAXIMUS XII FORMULA with CPU Intel i7-10700K, will the system work?

Yes, that will work.

The 10700K supports 2 channels of memory max, with two memory sticks per channel (so two sets of dual channel).

Ok. Sorry again. If I install four memory sticks, will the system work?

Yes, it will work.

Of course you could go for 2x16GB too, to get 32GB and keep two slots on your motherboard free to be able to upgrade.

Ok. Simple helps with capacity. Is it right?

I'm not sure what you're asking here, can you ask the question in a different way?

I ask here, because I want to understand their function. In order not to buy something cheap RAM 4 x 8GB.

I meant I don't understand what you're asking here:

The reason I suggested 2x16GB, instead of 4x8GB is because when you use 2x16GB, you can upgrade your memory later.
