My PC Won’t Boot

I built my pc. all leds, fans, cpu cooler, gpu leds, everything turns on. I’m just not getting any display on my TV or Monitor. Tried plugging my HDMI into my GPU and Case separately as my CPU has integrated graphics. Neither displayed anything. Can anyone help me since this is around a $1000 USD build.

First of all....we really need to know the specs of your computer.  Kind of hard to give answers without that.
