ASUS X570-E Fan Headers

I'm going to use an ASUS Strix X570-E for my next build, and I need some help with my fan headers.

I'll be using it with a Phanteks P400A-Digital (3 ARGB fans) and a Noctua NHU12S (just the included 1 fan)

 

The manual mentions the following headers: (manual, page 1-18)

Obviously, the Noctua goes into the CPU_FAN and 2 case fans go into the CHA_FAN headers. Where do I plug in the third case fan? 

Is the M.2_FAN header okay to use?

You can just put it in the M.2_FAN or you can get a pwm splitter.

Thanks a lot! Are there certain brands/models of splitters I should look out for, or does it not matter?

Any basic PWM splitter with good reviews should do. They're about 3$ or so.
