Tournament PC setup

Hello, I work at a gaming center and we have a month long tournaments we finished Dota2, and R6S is in progress but next we are hosting CSGO tournament and I've recieved critical email from the administration about cheaters and hackers, im monitoring the firewall for connectivity but I'm not sure about sneaky USB devices that has aimbots and cheats on them.

 

My question is, how do I detect such thing? Even though we have 1 person to monitor each team, but honestly I dont trust them fully. Is there a software that prevent such things or atleast gives me monitoring details that I can check after each round?

so are you concerned about macro's or full on cheats?

just use like a AV software. like 99 percent of the time, av's detect cheats as malware. you can monitor that.

you could use a remote administration tool and monitor each PC during the match, along with disabling USB ports

I'd disable all but the needed USB ports.

In Windows, you can disable USB flash storage device.

When done, USB keyboard, mouse, Bluetooth modules, headset, will all continue to work, but memory cards reader, and anything that has a drive won't be accessible.

 

Look under Group Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Template > System > Removable Storage Access.
