Any Suggestions?

Good day guys,

 

This is my very first forum that i ever joined. EVER. I'm a first time pc builder and currently looking up some pc parts. I dont know what best component should i pick for my cpu and gpu. 

 

I cant decide whether i should pick Ryzen 5 2600 with RX5700 XT or Ryzen 5 3600 with RX5600 XT. I cant pick 3600 with 5700 xt because it will go over my budget. Should i pick another gpu idk.

But first what is your budget, country, and use case for this build? Also, do you require peripherals?

Do you want a full parts list? Like including case and mobo and stuff. Also can you give local currency.

I will mainly use it for gaming and programming. For Gaming i'd like to play some Doom Ethernal, Ghost of Tsushima, Insurgency Sandstorm etc.
950usd and im from the Philippines. I tried to use pcpartpicker but the price of the parts here has different cost so its hard to pick there.
With regards to peripherals, I dont need one because I already have one here.

For my local currency it would be 45000 php to 47000.
Just the cpu and the gpu.

You're actually able to grab a 5600X and 5700XT with your budget. There is no pricing on the 3600 on PCPP Philippines though unfortunately

Thanks for the reply and effort but sorry to mislead you about my budget. 
The budget that I set was for the whole computer not only for the CPU and GPU.

ill rephrase my question, what is much better a ryzen 5 3600 with rx5600xt or ryzen 5 2600 with rx5700xt? Will their performance will be different if so what will it be?
