Which PSU port to plug CPU ?

I have bought a Enermax Revolution DF 850W, and it's the first time I have two CPU ports.
The documentation shows the rails distribution, and I can see one is on rail "12V2" and the other "12V3", but they are different.
Rail 12V2 is rated at 25A and 12V3 at 40A. I guess it doesn't matter which one I choose, but I still wonder why is there two different port ?

It doesn't matter. The CPU consumes under 200 watts, which is under 20A (12v x 20A = 240 watts) ... so no matter which one you end up using, it won't make any difference.
