how good is upscaled 4k in a 65" tv?

since new gen consoles will have more upscaled 4k than native 4k I am wondering how will 1800p look on my 65" tv (LG CX).

 

some people say that it looks as good or near native 4k and others say that it looks really bad.

 

does it depend on the game?

 

does an upscaled 4k game look as good as a native 1400p game?

It depends how far away you are sitting?

     Is it like monitor distance (not judging)?

     Do you sit 10 feet away?

gonna say around 6-8 feet, not sure though
