Minecraft bad fps on amd gpu

i have another topic open, but idk how to close it. I know that minecraft is really bad optimized on amd, but with an i5 9600kf, rx 590 8gb and 16gb of ram i can get only up to 200 fps with really low cpu and gpu usage, i tried 1.8.9 with only optifine, lunar client with all graphic options optimized, and now i need to use forge, but the fps can't get up to 144, wich is the refresh rate of my monitor.. what can i do?

what? 200 fps is low? dude what are you used to? running doom on a nasa computer?

what you can do is set your visual settings to the suggested settings in geforce experience. 

and when using mods, what do you expect?

WOuldnt do much doom's engine only allows 35fps lul.

He cany use geforce experience, hes on amd 

Hes using optifine which increases minecraft performance.

(he means the 200fps is spike, and sustained cant reach 144 (his refresh rate)

200 fps when i'm lucky, most of the time i get under 100 fps... oh, and 200 fps on minecraft is really low, with a pentium g4400 and a gtx 1050 i can get up to 1000

so what can i do to boost a bit? at least not dropping to 60-50 fps. (i have low fps only on minecraft, all the other games run very well)

i had RX580 , RX480 i was getting 1-2 fps on minecraft (modded) and 1.8.9 with optifine around 150fps so thats normal for amd gpus i guess

i know it's quite normal, but 60 fps is ridicolous
