5800x is not very good price/performance i recommend getting a 5900x for 100$ more

nvidia gpus have better encoder. something like 1050 / 1050ti will be enought

the psu fan will turn on when the psu is too hot or its under a big load

try putting the cpu in the other socket

Stay amd and try updating your bios and install all amd chipset drivers

yeah but you need to find +5V(usually RED) , GND(usually BLACK) , DATA+(usually WHITE) , DATA-(usually GREEN) on the webcams

try reinstalling armoury crate

i had RX580 , RX480 i was getting 1-2 fps on minecraft (modded) and 1.8.9 with optifine around 150fps so thats normal for amd gpus i guess

some x370 boards coud get bios updates for zen3 and if the board supports it it will run just fine it will not run terribly

get a 5600X and btw some 300series boards will support it

just get a 24" 1080P 144HZ there is no big diffrence going rom 24"->27"
