Photo editing laptop

While I'm currently putting together my photo editing build I would also need a laptop for the same purpose. Are there any laptops(not macs) that have ips screens and aren't too expensive. I don't need it for gaming or anything other than to take with me on photoshoots so I can view, edit, and tether my camera to on location. 

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
