Don't plan on a proper upgrade to either 3000 Series or 6000 series until next year, but I have been offered a 1080ti strix for my 2060 plus £100 ($130USD) is a worthwhile swap. I use my PC for gaming and some 3D modelling. It's worth noting there's also a 2070Super Strix for £400 ($530USD) for sale near me which works out about the same price after selling my 2060

1. Now, the 2070S isn't remotely worth $530- NEW.

2. 2060 base or super? I'd probably go 1080ti either way. $130 extra doesn't hurt. iirc the 1080ti wins in most scenarios compared to the 2060. I'd say at the very minimum It's a good value, As long as nothing's wrong. Make sure the 1080ti is in full working order, and nothing fishy is going on, because a 1080ti for a 2060 PLUS $130 is either a stupid move, panic, or a scam

@Brok3n But who cares? 2060 base (MSI twin frozr). Sorry if I didn't make it clear, but the seller is looking for $500 as well, it's the GPU plus $130

Oh alright. so a ~$350 2060+$130 for a used 1080ti? I'd pass on that deal. Hold your horse and wait for the 6800, or 3070. It'll be worth it.

Yeah so it would be roughly the same cost if I sold my 2060 in both scenarios, wasn't sure if I was just being impatient or if it was a smart deal, so cheers!
