motherboard USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C Header Help

ok so i have a USB 3.2 Gen 2 headers on my motherboard but my case doesn't have a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port on the front i/o is there any pcie card i can get so i can take advantage of this header the case i have is the Fractal Design Meshify C i was thiking about getting the s2 but decided the build would look significantly better in the smaller case as I'm air cooling and have no intension to build a full custom water loop that would take advantage of the larger case also does Fractal sell updated front i/o boards or even sell a meshify c with an updated front i/o board, is there any pcie or something similar i can get so i can use the USB 3.2 Gen 2 headers
