Is this new pc build good?

Budget (including currency): 600USD

Country: North Macedonia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Modern Warfare GTA V And Cold War

Other details I wanna play at 1080P and my refresh rate at 60hz 

so i already have a Pc but i wanna upgrade it my pc specs right now are CPU:i5 6500 GPU:Asus Strix 980ti MB:Asus h110R ram:Kingston 8gb 2113 IM ONLY GONNA UPGRADE THE CPU MB AND RAM

IDK IF I WANNA GO WITH AMD OR INTEL

the new specs are

INTEL:I7 10700F

Ram: 16gb Kingston 3200

Mb:Asus Prime H470-Plus

 

or CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X RAM: 16gb Kingston 3200mhz

Mb:Asus Strix B450F Gaming

I would say wait for AMD 5000 series and buy 3600mhz ram with it

Any Help is appricated! Please correct me if I´m wrong!

Everything marked with * is what I bought for the Primary PC and I'm just using it until I get all the parts.

Wait for Ryzen 5000 to come in stock, and you should get the 5600x, or the 5900x. The 5600X performs better than the 10700K in basically all games.

Will do perfectly fine in the games you listed. Even a 3600 non x will do fine.  GTA V runs with 75-90 fps and around 50% load on 3600x. My overclocked 2060 Super which is SUPERIOR to a 980 ti is loading 100% and is limiting the framerates. 

 

If you maybe later want a better GPU only then would I recommend Ryzen 5000 and B550 but you said you didn't want so I recommend a B450 and Ryzen 5 3600 (without x). B450 F gaming will be fine but also MSI Tomahawk B450 Max.
