uhh, last i heard finalcut hasnt seen an update in years. so I would suggest a pc instead of a mac pro.

uhh, last i heard finalcut hasnt seen an update in years. so I would suggest a pc instead of a mac pro. 

Also for 5000$ you can get one hell of a PC.  :lol:

This is also true. I wanted to focus more on what the current top of the line editing software. I know NODE switch from macs to PC because of a lack of support from apple to update their professional editing software.

Like I said you should go 6 core 32gb ram d700 256gb ssd

8 core is too expensive 256gb ssd should be enough for working and you can get external storage and you can get better gpu's because stuff SHOULD be using opencl.
