Long story short I optimised my drivers, and now the pc won’t load up properly and takes me through windows automatic repair which never works, so then get the choice of shut down or advanced options, so I chose reset but.... windows will not let me reset. I’m not able to put any password into my account to log in, any help is appreciated. :)

What drivers did you "optimize"?

Thanks for the advice ;)

I'd also look into the rest of your drivers. There's a chance that you had something way behind that was playing well, but doesn't cooperate with the new Nvidia drivers.

Before you do something drastic, like reinstalling your OS, can you detail your steps precisely?

For instance:

1: Installed GeFore Experience

or

1: Opened already installed GeForce Experience which I have used before

2: Selected Update Driver

or

2: Selected Perform a Clean Install for new drivers

etc

3: Midway through install, computer froze so I reboot, then couldn’t get into Windows

4: Tried recovering Windows but recovery did not work.

etc

For example, if you messed  around with your BIOS at some point, Secure Boot can throw people. Deleting an OEM partition and trying to reinstall Windows won’t work. UEFI can be a hassle...

Just more info needed...
