Windows, macOS, or Linux and why?

Yes, I know this is under Windows.

But I can't select just the "Operating Systems".

So you get Windows because likely more people will see it.

Me:

Windows for everyday use

Intel macOS for Garageband

PowerPC macOS because PowerPC

Linux for fun

I have used my Mac 0 times this month.

I used it once last month to create Leopard .isos.

So no comments about blasphemy on Microsoft.

PLEASE STOP [Killing] ME I WILL GIVE Y OU ANOTHER DEAL.

Windows is useless to me, everything I do runs as well or better on Linux.

I use Arch (btw) so Linux for everything.

I would rather use MacOS than Windows but don't have long-term experience with it, so I can't really say.

Quote me to see my reply!

Never used a Mac... heck never seen one in person. I don't see a point in running it through virtual machine.

Windows for work, there is just no way around it.

Linux for media consumption, because even Raspberry Pi can run it, and I can keep it on 24/7 without huge electricity bill.

I theoretically could use Linux for everything except for some games.

but because I also want to use my recently thinkpad 2in1 as tablet for taking notes, I installed Windows because it has better support for the built in pen and more programs for taking notes. I first had Ubuntu intsalled on it and there was nothing I could complain except for scrolling i had to use the bar at the left side (I you know what I mean ( for example in firefox )

so yea I'm just too lazy for switching completely but I'll keep playing around with Linux in Virtual Box and flex with my Linux installed on a usb stick

I once used iMac ( relatively old )

  1. Windows just for software compatibility.
  2. GNU/Linux for a daily driver. Less overhead, higher performance in compute applications.
  3. MacOS...the couple times I've touched it it didn't do anything for me that I couldn't do on Windows or GNU/Linux so no.
