Wow overclockers uk goes through some serious antibot measures, why isn't amazon or newegg like that

The more units bought through them the more money they get,

Also it costs money to implement so it's better for them to just do nothing about it and enjoy the profit.

And they sell pre-builts, with 3070s that are saved to pre-builts only, smart

It's important to say that the most important markets for AMD are: US,China and Europe.

In the US there is zero protections against bots and scalpers so it is expected to have supply shortages there.

If you want one you should consider ordering from either Europe or China.

European retailers usually ship exclusively within Europe,so you will have to look hard.

There is no chance to order from the US,which i know that it's used a lot in Kuwait.

From China it's a real challenge to find a retailer that won't try to scam you.

So my bet is to try finding a European retailer that has one in stock and ships to Kuwait.

Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory

That's slow, latency is as important as the frequency.

Get at least CL16.
