Cannot Put existing code tag into spoiler

Browser, version and OS: 

Windows 10, Firefox.

Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened?

Open new thread.
Put code tag by clicking code button.
Put text into code thing. Click insert into post after choosing format language (c++/ Python etc)

 

Click code tag box to highlight it.

Click spoiler button.

 

What happened?

Code box was deleted & replaced with spoiler box

 

What did you expect to happen?

Code box to be placed inside spoiler box

This worked on the old forum. You could click on boxes like code & quotes & stuff & click the spoiler button to put the highlighted boxes in the spoiler.

 

If it's a cloudflare error, what was the ray ID from the bottom of the error page?

Do you mean "insert into post" or actually submitting the post itself and then going back to edit the post?

Nvm, I see the issue. Code box has to be selected by clicking the border of the box. Not highlighting. Can repo on Chrome

You have to click. Not highlight.

I've reported this to IPS, although I think I've reported a small part of the bug to them before so I wouldn't hold your breath about an imminent fix.
