For budget, I d say go air cooler. For 50-60$ you can find a good noctua or be quiet and live on spending the rest for something else. But air and water cooling is fan based so good luck find a good answer

-Purpose : Gaming(up to 2k)/General Work/Remote Station(NAS)

-Budjet 1100$

-Country : Sri Lanka

-Materials : Simply i dont have pre suggested components, but i got some items for my new rig!. What i need here from you guys, a good suggestion/s as my new rig under 1100$ dollar and that can hold for few years.

-Chosen Components

*AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Processor

*Asus Tuf B550 or x570(must look on sl store prices)

*corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 3200hz ramkit(8*2) / Team Night Hawk kit/Tridenz kit.  (All RGB )

* Gen 4.0 nvme 256 gb Boot device (Got 1TB*2 HDD already )

*Suggest a liquid cooler

*Coolermaster masterbox td500 Casing

*Upcoming VGA Card(Suggest a one)or 2000 rtx series one(RTX 2060/2070 supper)

*27´´ 144 hz IPS Monitor

*ASUS ROG STRIX 750 WATT FULL MODULAR 80+ GOLD PSU

*Win 10 Pro OS

**********************

2000 series is kinda dead, except if you trust second hand market.
For a new card, ever an overpriced 3000 series makes more sence.
Also i don't think you will be able to buy all those things for 1100$
For monitor, as far as i know Dell S2721DGF and LG 27GL850 are the champions but they are expencive

either the 3070 or 6800 if you can fit it in the budget (or even find it) otherwise the 2070 superand get the td500 mesh much better airflow, as for bottleneck no there isn't and for cooler the h150i rgb pro xt or cappelix, as for monitor as @PeachGrsaid

H50 - h80 is 120mm, h100, 240mm, up to this point it is useless as it is the same a a d15 or dark rock pro 4, h115i 280mm now it has a point, and h150i 360mm, best performance, and you can fit it in case.
