School teaches nothing these days...

Rather than teaching kids about crap like Pythagoras theorem and Shakespear, why not teach them about Basic lore and punishment, Taxes, Purchasing a house/Car and useful things that mean stuff.

Rather than trying to get them to remember crap they are never going to use.

 

I don't want to start a political/education argument on this, but whilst the use of learning Shakespeare may be limited (other than to better understand the English language, and particularly with such an old text, the origins of modern English) many things that schools teach will be very useful depending on the job you want to do - for example, Maths, Physics etc. is very useful for engineering - a part of which (computer/electrical engineering) is responsible for most of your computer's components.

 

That being said, you're right about the lack of teaching about "adult world" stuff. Of course, we're all taught to be good in younger year levels, but I think early-mid high school would be a good time to teach some "real world" stuff, without interfering with university-preparation subjects in Year 11/12.

 

Anyway, back on topic: I agree you should report him. Worst case scenario Google does nothing, best case scenario they delete the ripped videos and he possibly gets banned.
