Any cable management advice?

Take it apart and put it back together and then repeat 3 times, you'll see what needs to be optimized that way.

I find putting the cables in the motherboard first and then having them go to the power supply or drive helps as well.

Things I notice right away:

gpu power cable coming from bottom, have it come from the top to reduce sag

I don't if you have a window on the case, but you can also try hiding the cables on the back of the case so they are not so visible from the other side. You don't have grommets or covers over the cable cut outs. Rear exhaust could be rotated so the cable is less visible.
