Need help with finding a laptop

Budget: Maximum 200$, but the cheaper the better

Requirements

  • Windows 10
  • 4gb of ram (but 8gb is much preferred)
  • Touchscreen

I don't mind buying a used laptop

Just look at your local retailers... For a spec list that basic... there's not much variation.

Yeah, go for local retailers. for $200 your going to have a very hard time finding a good laptop w a touchscreen
