My 3700x Temps normal?

My 3700x current build Temps spikes up a lot 

From 46c to 60c on idle pbo turned on. Average Temps on hwinfo 49.6.c

Ambiant temp 28-29c

call of duty multiplayer Temps 

Average temp 61c and max Temps 74c

Build

Lan 2 mesh 

Noctua u12a

Gtx 1070

Ryzen chips have spiky idle temps unless you undervolt them

Load temp looks okay and that's all that matters

is a -0.05v offset a pretty standard undervolt? iirc that boosts performance by a tiny bit with some ryzen chips

No idea, I just put mine at 1.1v in ryzen master and clock it as high as it'll go

Might have to ask someone that actually knows oc more about this.

offset tends to not work properly with ryzen, sometimes pulls less voltage, sometimes more, small increments, minimal performance gain if any. Manually setting voltage is the way to go.

wish silicon lottery had stats for 3600s like they do for the higher skus, helps so much as a starting point

Those are normal if pbo is enabled and u run fans at stock. U can lower temps by increasing fan speed or disabling pbo. I dont use pbo because the performance increase isnt worth the higher voltage and temps.
