Why is my monitor humming louder, and louder?

 So I turned on my desktop today and my monitor started humming quietly so I brushed it off as the fans starting, but the humming only got louder, and louder. Right now its so loud that it hurts my ears. My monitor is a Samsung Sync master 192N
