9700k temps.. help please.. .

hi. im just wondering what are acceptable temps for my pc. its just recently that i have been aware to mind the CPU temps. but may i ask if mine are acceptable

here's my rig

 

9700K

Aorus Pro z490 Wifi

Trident Z 4x8 3000mhz

zotac 2060

intel 660p 500g

SG SSD 500g

2 TB HDD SG

4TB HDD SG

PSU Seasonic 850W

CoolerMaster ML240R

 

my idle temp with no overclocking whatsoever is around 40-46 C

 

im in the philippines, dont know if it matters..

idle temps don't matter load temps do. What are the load temps?
