What app should i use to make my pc a server while to be able to use it

All you have to do is set up network sharing. Googling this will help a lot more then me explaining it step by step.

 

But basically you create a folder you want to share (you could share your entire hard drive), right click, properties, then sharing. There are some settings in there I don’t remember off hand, but google will tell you what to do. Don’t search for things like “server”, that will return all sorts of things you don’t want. You just trying to set up a simple “windows 10 network folder share”.

but able to acsess it on mac!

my pc is an amd ryzen 3 with an 1tb hard drive

Do you just want to be able to access data on it? You would just have to share the directory (folder) and it will share via SMB, Macs have no issue with SMB network shares. So on your Mac you would look on your network and should see it.
