A budget and location would help.

Unifi APs and a switch would be best or a mesh setup.

Gaming routers are going to do no better than a standard router, they just have Quality of Service enabled by default.

there's alot of info needed to make a recommendation

how far away from the router, how many walls of what type are between the router and console?

what is your budget?

are there hardline connections available, how large of a house? how much coverage to other rooms is needed, how many devices would you expect to have on while gaming, why a "gaming" router over a higher performing normal router? is mesh wifi an option? do you want to futureproof with wifi6 or just prefer coverage?

what is your sensitivity to latency? single player games will have less effect than multiplayer twitchy shooters.

"best" is probably something like this

https://www.amazon.ca/NETGEAR-Whole-Tri-Band-System-RBK852/dp/B07WNY2WKG/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=wifi+6&qid=1603037967&sr=8-6

but the price is insane for most budgets

The best gaming PC is the PC you like to game on, how you like to game on it

You have concrete walls but are the Main Gaming devices inside the Router room?

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
