Ive got 3 system fan connectors on my motherboard but Ive got 4 140mm fans. Is there any ways that I can make this work?

You can purchase fan splitters so you can have multiple fans powered from one connector

fan splitter, most fans use .1-.2A mobo headers are typically rated for 1A so don't worry about damage from using a splitter

there are also fan hubs for when you have a setup that goes beyond your headers amperage rating, although how controllable they are depends on what you buy
