Any good tool on windows to get complete system configuration

Hi,

I need to get complete configuration of a friend's laptop remotely. Is there any SIMPLE (as he is not technical) command line or GUI tool that can generate system info report to a TEXT file with all the info like CPU, Motherboard model. RAM size, HDD/SSD, display, installed softwares etc. so that I can ask him to run and send me the report via E-mail?

Thanks Xaixer,  all good with it except for showing Installed software, it shows only the OS version details though!
