Looking for a new monitor 144hz primarily gaming

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for a new monitor primarily for gaming, but will likely use it for creative work as well. Hoping to find a 144hz true color monitor at least 1080p, but QHD preferred and gsync compatible. Would like a minimum of 22" and no larger than 27" (desk space joy). I'm hoping to find something around the $350 range. I can step outside of that range, but definitely not above 600. Would also prefer it to sit low, be height adjustable, or at least let me swap the base if the base is meh. I read some posts earlier and noticed the LG 27GL83A was currently on sale for $380. I'll be using it for a mix of professionally and hobbyist use cases, so do you think the LG monitor is worth, or is there another option around the same price that offers more?

Edit: Realized that  LG 27GL83A is out of stock until almost December and was hoping to get something sooner.
