I'm quite new to upgrading my laptop,  or buying hardware components separately for that matter. haven't ever owned an SSD or a system with one, so I thought I'd ask for some help. I have an Alienware 15R3 from 2016 that has 8 gigs of RAM, an intel core i5-6300 HQ, gtx 1060 and a 1TB 7200 RPM HDD. I want to put in an ssd for better boot times, and performace.

I'll be using the laptop for some gaming(A few AAA titles), and development(planning on setting up a dual boot environment with ubuntu).

I'm stuck between which of these 3 SSDs would be a better buy, as all of them are priced similarly:

https://www.amazon.in/Crucial-500GB-NAND-NVMe-PCIe/dp/B07J2WBKXF/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=m.2+ssd&qid=1602691164&refinements=p_89%3ACrucial&rnid=3837712031&s=computers&sr=1-2   Crucial P1

AFAIK, tlc is supposed to be better from my limited knowledge(read: googling about for a week), and it's better to have a dram buffer. Both criteria which the kingston drive clears, however I'm not sure.

500 GB seems to be the sweet spot, and samsung is a bit out of my budget. Any help would be appreciated.

The kingstone one is the best one of those, but the difference is by like 3% between all of then so the cheapest one of those will be your best choise
