Can’t overclock Acer monitor

III_ELITE_lll

Hello!

I have a 75hz acer nitro gaming monitor that I can’t overclock. I am using the Amd watt man software. I can create a custom refresh rate but when I apply in windows options, the monitor goes black. Even overclocking to 80 doesn’t work.

I have no idea what to do

if you need a link to the monitor I can find the link

Thanks!!

Most "75hz" monitors are just factory-overclocked 60hz panels. I have never tried overclocking mine personally, but I imagine the fact that they are factory overclocked means they do not have much overclocked headroom (if any).
