are there any specific PSU requirements to overclock a ryzen 58 or 5900x?

1. The chips aren't out yet, we have not seen what they'll pull in real world use and/or when manually pushed. 
2. You need to take into account the GPU you want to run.

We don't know power draw figures yet, AMD claims they're the same as the zen 2 series, so 5900x should be expected to draw ~140-150w stock and ~210-220w with a heavy OC, assuming AMD is reporting honetly.

TDP was 105w?

The Aerocool Integrator is not a good PSU. Avoid.

Power draw varies between chips, AMD's TDP number is just a numberit doesn't really mean anything
