Accidently stabbed my pc monitor amd made a small hole

So i was just bored and was playing around with a knife and i accidently stabbed my monitor and now theres a small hole in it 

U can barely see it but its kinda annoying sometimes because its in the middle of the screen. 

Does anyone know how i can fix it? Fill it in or something?

If you try to fill it with something, you'll just make it even worse. The only realistic choices are: buy a new panel, or just use what you have.
