Laptop Cooling Pad

I wanted to get a laptop cooling pad for my Acer Predator Helios 500. Which one of these cooling pads would be better. I'm thinking the 1st one because the two fans would up against the vents on the laptop whereas the 200mm on blows air to places where it isn't needed a much:

My memory about cooling pads is none of them work very well.  In many cases the difference between using a cooling bad and a simple board is not that great.  I would say the cheaper one.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
