Help: Steelseries Arctis 9 Setup

I'm not really an audiophile or cared so much on headsets before so I'm not really familiar with headset features. So I got a few questions;

It is better to turn on the surround on the steelseries engine 3? if so for which type of games?

If surround is on, should I also turn on spatial sound(windows sonic)?

I remember that there was a manual EQ setup done for arctis 7(just can't find it or who did the video, but if I find it), would the eq settings also apply with arctis 9?

I mainly play, Apex legends and CS for fps, Dota 2 for moba and open world rpg games like assassin's creed, farcry, Witcher, resident evil, FF series, which brings me to the last question, should I bother in creating custom settings for each game/genre using the  feature on steelseries engine 3?

And if you guys have any other tips or pointers that I should know about to fully utilize this headset and cared to share, I'd really appreciate it.  Thanks!

You have 2 ears and you have to drivers. So probably not for audio quality but you might get a bit more immersion. Imo opinion it is not worth it.

Nope

If you are asking about EQ, you can EQ the sound as how you want it.

Try it out for yourself. Find out what suits you best. I have my DT 990 pro with my sound blaster AE-9 and I have the same settings for all games.

@kitnomanForgot to ask. What mobo do you have?

EDIT: Nvm these are wireless so no 3.5mm will be useful anyways.

Thanks and yes, I was talking about the eq, as I know a little bit about pc hardware but none about setting up eq. So it's not that I don't want to mess with it, but that I don't know anything to be able to know if I succeeded or failed. I'm really not familiar what each of those frequency do, so the laziest thing that I can think of is to use the profile set by "experts" that reviewed the acrtis 7. lol
