So it seems that my CPU is underperforming, some time ago I noticed that my frame rates in games were not great, as low as 50 fps in League of Legends medium settings 1080p and 80 fps in CS:GO in 720p, so I looked it up why that was happening and runned Cinebench R20 and I got these scores, at the single core test the CPU was running at 60° so it's not throttling, since then I tried to fix the issue without success, already tried updating my bios, updating the chipset, resetting the bios and nothing worked so far.
Right now I'm running default bios settings, everything at stock speeds, what should I do?

My system:
Ryzen 5 2400g with stock cooler
2x8 DDR4 2400MHz HyperX Fury

GeForce RTX 2060 Galax 6GB OC
Aerocool VP-450
Gigabyte a320m-s2h
WD green 240gb SSD

In the Cinebench screenshot, they have an average score for the same CPU as the system you are using right now. Your score is slightly above the average Cinebench has so I'm not sure how you are saying its "underperforming"...

DDU the graphics drivers for your RTX 2060 as this appears to be underperforming and reinstall with a fresh download.

lol, i think you are using the igp, though 80fps in cogo is low for that cpu's igpu

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

Maybe he has monitor connected to wrong connector - on motherboard, instead of GPU 🤭

Nop, using the GPU connector

Nop, using the dedicated GPU

what res? I believe (dont quot me on this) that you can route the ipgu through the GPU for low power games.

In csgo 1024x768, 1080p for everything else. And I can't even use the igpu with the config I have now.

Already did, even reinstalled windows in other drive, didn't help, and when I'm not playing CPU demanding games I can play just fine, even some games in 4k

Check Nvidia driver settings to see which GPU it is using to display output. There should be a setting that you can force it to run the RTX 2060.

It is using the NVIDIA GPU, I can't even use the igpu, it seems it is disabled in the bios.

Is it above the average? I looked up online and it seems that the average is about 1800 multi threaded and 380 single threaded, these were my highest results I even got as low as this one. (sorry for the cut image, wasn't planning to use this for troubleshooting)

do you have multiple monitors?

my system does something similar since i added a third monitor, my csgo frames went from 300+ to 120-140 in 1440p on a 2080 paired with a 2700x.

Anything i've written between the * and * is not meant to be taken seriously.

keep in mind that helping with problems is hard if you aren't specific and detailed.

i'm also not a professional, (yet) so make sure to personally verify important information as i could be wrong.

I do have, but when I'm playing I disable the other monitors, last month I added a new 144hz monitor to my setup and now I'm using the old one as a secondary, but I had this problem before I added the monitor so I don't think this is it, I also have a TV atached to the setup but I leave that disabled when I'm not using it (90% of the time)

One thing I forgot was Ryzen favors higher RAM speeds and the RAM speeds you have are 2400Mhz, which is leaving a lot of performance on the table. Are both RAM sticks in dual-channel mode?
