Decent budget Case for air cooling Ryzen 3700x

I recently upgraded my computer from a 4770k to a Ryzen 3700x. I'm looking to replace the case with something more efficient for cooling the CPU. Ideal budget would be under $100 Canadian (around 75 USD at the time of writing). System is mostly used for Titan Quest: Ragnarok, multi-instancing BlueStacks, and otherwise typical home/office usage (YouTube, Twitch, email, Excel, etc). Current list is as follows including parts I already owned and kept from upgrading:

Thanks!

3700x is a sub 100w chip.  I doubt the case matters all that much for the cpu.  580 will produce more heat than the cpu will.  Will also be noisier.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

Be quiet pure base 500DX

I primarily shop at Canada Computers. The 500DX is currently $140 Canadian (about $105 US) there, and I'm not finding one on Amazon.ca either. >.>

No luck at CC or Amazon.ca for that one.

Cougar MX410 Mesh

There is also another model with a glass panel.

Was looking into Cougar. The sales rep I was talking to at CC suggested away from it (I don't remember the reasons but I've dealt with him enough to feel that it wasn't just because it was cheaper). Also only $60 which is nice. Do you think it punches a good amount above its price point?

Thanks for the feedback all!
