Fans + heat sink seem to be on but graphics card isn’t spinning and moniter says no signal

well, its not in the pcie slot

is this a joke cuz if its not u have to turn off the pc and the power supply and put the graphics card into the pcie slot just google how to do it if u aren't sure

you have to plug it into the PCIE slot
