Windows 10 Your Companion Samsung Note 10+ Issue

Hey guys,

 

There is a new beta feature for Your Companion application that allows early phones from Samsung to experience new features like displaying phone screen and control the phone via PC, app list, etc. My Samsung S10+ could connect with ease and gave the expected features on the PC "YC" app, but when connecting my Note 10+, the app doesn't show the app section and I can't control or display the phone via PC. The only difference between two phones aside from the app built-in is that S10+ has no way to access the app, even through Play Store, but my Note 10 was able to download, uninstall the app with seperated app on the app tray. Both applications on both phones are in beta.

 

Any ways to troubleshoot this issue?
