I live in the Netherlands and my budget is about €1100
 

Will be used for games like: assassins creed, the witcher, cyberpunk 2077. I wanna play those games at 1440p with (at least) 60fps.

yes and no, if you can wait for 3070 then wait for that, else its a good buy. but you might want to add a hard drive at it, 1tb ssd isnt enough on its own.

As well as waitinh fora 3070, I would wait for Zen 3

b450 tomahawk, while good, is not too expensive, given there are better b550 boards for the same price

the kingston a400 is the slowest ssd out there

go with the cx instead of the cxm

This or wait for zen 3 and pay more for a x670 board, but with better performance and future proofing

are those a thing? I didn't think amd will release a new set of boards. thought they will use the b550 and x570 for zen 3, which they will name 5000 series, so that everything finally makes sense with the numbering convention

I think you're right! Don't know why I thought the other thing. Then b550 will support 5000 series!
