You could do it FAR easier than the cooling chair, you could literally just buy an aftermarket heated seat kit for a car and an inverter, would be very cheap to do and would be able to be done start to finish in a couple hours at most. When I install the kits in cars it usually only takes 60-90 minutes per seat and thats far harder than a gaming/office chair

Even cheaper and easier..as the holiday season approaches, Walmart and other places will have massage/heat covers for seats on sale ..Mid october is prime day, so amazon then..Probably get something for$10-20.

just get one of the cotton electricty heat bags and stick them to the seat using duct tape. Problem solved
