ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3090 Power Connection Question

Apollyon2020

From the photos I've seen, it's going to require 3, 8 pin PCI-E power cables? Or did I see it wrong. If so, I guess I'll have to find my PSU box and grab another PCI-E power cable. Unless Asus is supplying a power cable connecting to those 3 power connections to 1 single cable? Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Thanks

Yes, you will need an additional cable.

You wouldn't want to use any kind of adapter in the situation.

Hey guys I'm using Corsair HX1000i. I haven't checked the box to see what other cables are in there. I assume there is more PCI-E cables in there considering how much I paid for this PSU lol

iirc, the HX1000i should come with 4 seperate pcie cables so you should be all set.
