Dram?

Vilian

So I was choosing my next SSD and while browsing I noticed that the site I'm shoping on does not include this information.
So i googled a few models and I found some reviews that said conflicted things.
The models I'm looking at are SP 512 GB P34 A80 M28, and ADATA XPG SX8200 PRO 512 GB.
A random reddit page claimed on the silicon power not having any cache ~ so I looked the main page of the manufacturer and I found information that confirms Buffer cache.
So... I was confused to say the least. Can you guys shed some light?
Thanks.

The Silicon Power drive has 512MB of DRAM cache (equal to what a Samsung 970 EVO has for reference): https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/silicon-power-p34a80-pcie-gen3x4-m-2-nvme-ssd,6180.html

The SX8200 Pro has 1GB of DRAM cache (the 970 EVO has 512MB, the 970 EVO Plus has 2GB, again for reference): https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/adata-xpg-sx8200-pro-ssd,5955.html

The person on Reddit was either mistaken (for example these drives do not have 'SLC cache', like what some cheaper drives use) or doesn't know what they were talking about.
